Line innovation with technology for higher quality
At meal production companies, production is currently done in batches, leading to inflexible lot sizes. At the same time, there is a growing need for made-to-order production in smaller batches. The increasing scarcity of labor and the repetitive nature of certain production tasks are accelerating the need for automation and robotics.
This Use Case focuses on developing a smart and mobile cobot capable of performing multiple tasks at different points in the production process. At the production lines of Hessing Supervers, a solution is being developed that utilizes advanced sensors, gripper systems, and robotic technology. As a result, meals can be produced more efficiently without compromising product quality.
